You can use this artefact once during the Annual. If it is being worn by a character who successfully executes a God using an appropriate weapon, then the power released by the God's death will aid the creation of a small pseudo magisterium on land in the Iberian Peninsula. Though permanently dead, the executed God will in a metaphysical sense continue to exist, trapped within the amulet – the presence of the amulet within the pseudo-magisterium will prevent magisterial collapse provided the magisterium remains small enough.
