THE LANTERN OF FIRST LIGHT may be used up to TWICE during Mirror of the Sea to create a CARDINAL LOCK effect on a Paramount Mystery which has been cast with any of the Elemental Keys. Upon the second casting it will cease to function completely for the rest of the Annual.
