This item may be used in the announcement phase of one arena battle during the Friday or Saturday of the Final annual.
At the end of the announcement phase all friendly participants in the arena battle must do a lap of honour around the inside of the arena following the flame held high. Upon successful completion, all friendly participants may call RESIST to the first call of PARALYZE, IMPALE, CRUSH, REPEL or STRIKEDOWN that strikes them during that battle.
